Solve your problems , don’t die !

The blades of the fan gave a tough fight
Tried and tried spinning even when switched off
You would think they’re dead, still and silent
But give them electricity and boom they start off

At that exact moment before his supposed end
Spoke a voice that had won the inner strife
Ask yourself my reasonable and intelligent friend
Is failing in an exam worth taking your life

Take a walk down the street once please
And you’d understand you are fortunate
To walk in a pair of shoes, a t-shirt and jeans
And have ready for you a rice filled plate

People face problems way bigger than this
And believe me yours is not a problem at all
Don’t you dare push your family into an abyss
They cared for you and loved you after-all

The reasons to live outweigh the reasons to die
Don’t you want to travel the world, to be frank,
I would want to live to see birds fly in the sky
Like they have no burdens and nothing to worry about.

Suicidal tendency among students particularly between the ages 15-20 is on the rise, and students commit suicide for the stupidest of reasons. If everyone went on killing themselves because someone dumped them or they failed a test, the world would end in less than a month. You seem to have taken ‘survival of the fittest’ the wrong way. Guys , please understand that dying is not the solution to your problems, it just brings misery to all those who love and care about you. Live , and fight against all odds to come out successful and happy. And always remember : Every problem is an opportunity in disguise.

“Suicide doesn’t end the chances of life getting worse, it eliminates the possibility of it ever getting any better.”

“Anyone desperate enough for suicide should be desperate enough to go to creative extremes to solve problems: elope at midnight, stow away on the boat to New Zealand and start over, do what they always wanted to do but were afraid to try.” – Richard Bach

“If you want to show me that you really love me, don’t say that you would die for me, instead stay alive for me.”

“The person who completes suicide, dies once. Those left behind die a thousand deaths, trying to relive those terrible moments and understand … Why?” – Clark (2001)
